I rent two space from these guys and I have no problems. I had a small issue with one of the locks and I was contacted by one of the employees there and I was met and given a new lock super fast. I am very happy with the units.
Great place for storage. No big complaints except that the bottom seal of the door on mine doesn't go all the way down, but it sits above the ground so it's not a real worry. Decent rates, easy to pay and 24/7 access.
I have no complaints with Hobart Storeage. I appreciate you being open 24/7, over the years we take out or add to the storage. You run your business very professional yet communicate on a personable level thanks.
I like that I can pay my rental space any time of the day or night. Although you may to wait on the phone awhile to get through to someone for help, you will get a friendly and very knowledgeable person who will assist you. Rent local is alot better than the big box places.
Very conveniently located. Generous access. I have never had any incidents with rodents or moisture, which is my biggest concern.
