The manager there Lois or louis it fantastic made sure everything in the order was perfect after the manager in the morning completely messed up our order.
The manager Lois Smith shouldn't b a manager she acts like a kid and put sanitizer n the food and let's her crew smoke marijuana inside the store and let's them sell marijuana out of it
The staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was hot and it didn’t take long
Manager Angelina was incredibly rude after getting my friends order incorrect while I was there. She claimed to have not made it, even after she said she remembered the order over the phone. She argued and refused to remake the whole order, even though they made incorrectly. She never apologized for the innconvience of having to drive back there nor get less food than ordered and paid for. When asked what her name was she refused to tell us however her name was on the receipt we still have. Needs new management, management that isn’t rude and understands the inconvience and that the customer was right and she was wrong.
The cooks were playing some loud music that many patrons may consider offensive. One of the cashiers were annoyed at it and so was I. I talked to the manager about it and she had them turn it down. I should've never had to talk to the manager about it in the first place.
