I have had an bad experience with these people! I haven't been getting my benefits since tje end of May 2017. I have been getting nothing but the run arounds. They say my paperwork isn't clear, and they can't do anything until they get a clear copy!!! I have been to this office over 3 times ro put this paperwork through!! It isn't mu fault that something is wrong with there fax machine. I did my part, they really need to so theirs.
Horrible customer service. People who answer the phone are always extremely rude even when you try to be polite to them. I get that people who call FSSA are people who are in need, but FSSA customer service representatives do not need to make customers feel like they owe something to them. Do your job the right way! not a people person? then find another job. I really hope the state does sees these reviews because these people who they have answering the phones really need to go. Ridiculous. I hate calling FSSA.
Horrible experience. One of the ladies that is experienced in nursing homes kept insisting my mom's income will need to go the the rehab/nursing home facility even though I kept telling them she was only in the facility for rehab which was through medicaren not medicaid and it was short term and be returning home. Neither her or another lady could not give me the right answers. Not helpful at all. Only help and courtesy is when documents need to be brought in and they fax them for u.
