I love going here. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the establishment is always clean.
Worst experience ever brought two shirts in with chapstick stains pick them up and they have ink stains on them now. try to speak with a manager and they never call back. Then I get them recleaned again still have stains and then they proceeded to tell me we have brand new machines this can’t happen with our new machines and do nothing to rectify the situation will never go back this has been going on for over a month.
If I could put a zero I would. Brought two dress shirts in that had chapstick stains on them received then back with the chapstick stains gone but black ink stains on both shirts . Brought them back in to be redone and was argued with about managers not being in. Kept getting dodged for two weeks stating managers were not in. They recleaned the shirts twice and ink stains did not come out of one. Essentially the shirts got ruined because of taking it their and all the worker could say it wasn't their fault they have new machines. Will never ever use them again.
If your hours on the door and online say your open till 830pm...someone should be there until 830pm. For 2 days in a row I got off late from work and got there around 810 815 and they have been closed. I really need to pick up my items.
Management is very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable great place. Machines are excellent. Great experience for something that many people don't look forward to!
