Awful.
I was lied to about my appointment. The office told me that I could come in for an appointment and it would be covered under my insurance, however once I got there I found out it was not covered. They told me that a part time worker was the one that gave me the information, but how is that going to get my lost wages back for missing work? I also had to make arrangements for my two year old, which turned out to be worthless since I couldn't even see a doctor. They did nothing to fix their lie, and now I am out a days pay at work and childcare costs. Do not trust the workers there, go someplace else instead these people are clueless. Best of luck if you take their word on insurance matters, they seem to be clueless about how it works.
