I totally think there is corruption in Hobart. It seems like everytime I het pulled over in Hobart they find something to come up with to giveme a ticket for. I just recently went to the courthouse there for a traffic ticket and watched one officer do about 10 different trials for people arguing there tickets. Now lets be real. Im sure not every person up there fighting there case was innocent, but it almost played out like a Saturday night live episode. Every single trial everyone was found guilty. There were people laughing at the judges remarks on how she resond people were guilty, that the police officers in the courtroom had to keep on telling people to quiet down. It was seriously a joke in there. What needs to happen is we need to get some state or federal authorities to go in there secretly and watch that courtroom.. I have never been to a traffic court room before besides there that not one person leaves that courtroom with out court fees and cost. I even had an attorney there tell me that the next time I have a ticket like that I can give him 100 dollars and i wont have to come to court and he will take care of it and if I went there myself and actually just paid my fine I would have spent 120 dollars. How is it cheaper to pay a lawyer then to pay the fines. This courtroom is crazy. Crazy people running this place that are robbing the people that dont make enough money to pay ridiculous tickets. I understand do the crime pay the time but come on Hobart. Grow up and start realizing your city is getting crapier and crapier when u have thiefs running it.
The front office people are te rudest. I was just trying to get answers and they had a attitude the whole time. Like who else do i talk to about your court.
OMG waa found guilty on conversion bcuz I abused my work discount but i represented myself and they still charged me 285 in court fees... Lol after losing my job.. So I waited 3 Months called to get my case # and judge so I can woek in expungement the lady said we don't do expunges and hung up... I called back and gave her a piece of my mind.. That's not what I asked you old lady... This State is so messed up they don't want to see you better yourself they hate second chances.. I literally hate Republicans law makers... Hobart super Racist as well. Upon arrest My cuffs were sooo tight and the cop talked crap the whole ride to jail , that when bonding out my brother asked what happened to my wrist. I told him and he went off and made a complaint.. Go figure nothing happened no-one called... #HORRIBLE
