Would rate lower if I could. Never have I ever left a car wash with my can nearly as dirty as it was when I pulled in. Find somewhere else to wash your car! Waste of money
No one is ever on duty to give you change. The change machines do not work. Only like 2 vacuums out of of the 20 they have work and are duct tapped. Automatic car wash barely works. Called them multiple times to get a refund, no one answers and no attendant is ever present. I went there today, had same issues. 11/29/17
Stopped going because it's so rundown and old. Last time I stopped there to wash I had to get the attendant to refund my money because there was no soap. Super Wash on Wisconsin street and 39th avenue in Hobart is the spot. Always a great wash there never had a problem.
i like the place..Good water pressure...I see alot of complaints about machines not working.They are actually fixing them and i see more stalls in order..The dryer actually works..If people would stop treating it like trash and just throwing their garbage where ever they feel instead of in the garbage..Have some respect! They are improving the place..If there is a sign on the machine read it obviously they are working on the equipment..
If there was a zero star option this place would earn it. Everything is broken and malfunctioning. On two separate occasions I've lost money in a machine that doesn't work and there is never an attendant on duty to rectify these problems. You're better off with a dirty car than wasting your time at this lousy establishment
