The general manager Ian is excellent! His driver Jackie / Jay was very kind and professional. Unfortunately we broke down right at closing time and they both stayed an hour late to pick us up and make sure that we could still get a rental car and get on our way. The tow truck moved our van to a truck stop for pickup but Ian and Jackie understood the situation and made sure to go to our second location, even though he was almost already at our first location. In the midst of all of this, Ian even gave us his personal cell phone number to make sure his driver went to the right location and to help us with any other concerns. I know Enterprise says they treat people the way they would want to be treated, but Ian is amazing and did far more than I would expect. Thanks again for all the help!
Addie and Joe from Hobart will help you with all your needs and questions. I've been renting from Enterprise for a very long time. When I I found out Lindsey was no longer at Burns harbor and I called the Hobart office Addie made me feel like i was not only a long time customer but a part of the family and Joe made sure I was in good hands if anything happened to just call. And that makes all the difference in the world. Hobart is now my place to go if I ever need a car. Love these guys and their awesome upbeat attitude.

My experience with Enterprise in Hobart, In was a most pleasant experience. Everything there went quite well. The vehicle I rented drove quite smoothly and the staff was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. I actually felt like I was part of the "Enterprise Family". You don't find service like this everywhere. No doubt where my next car rental will be from.
